To support of the immune system, or build up its strength, of course you
will eat well and exercise, but you may also want to use herbal immune
tonics. Herbalist (including my teacher, Michael Vertolli Email)
now classify immune tonics as
1/ surface immune stimulants, and
2/ deep immune tonics.
